One month and a lot of firsts later!

I love this picture. It looks like she is winking at the camera.

As you can see GIGI (my mom) was in town and we had a photo shoot!! This family picture didn't turn out half bad. Seth was upset that she had just spit up on his shirt:)

Four Generations of Girls!!
My mom, dad and grandmom came up to visit with Kathryn Ross and help me with 2 doctors appointments in one day with a baby. Kathryn Ross loved being able to visit with them and of course being held!

I cannont believe that Kathryn Ross is already a month old. She has changed our lives completely. It is amazing how you can feel so much love and joy from someone so small. Kathryn Ross got to meet her cousin Ila that is only 3 weeks older than she is. They were so excited to finally meet each other. She had her first professional pictures taken. She even played with a bunny. You can check out her pictures by onto http://www.mccphoto.smugmug.com/ and go to sessions and then babies and Pass newborn. We are having so much fun being able to spend time together. Seth and I took Kathryn Ross to First Baptist day care to see the facility. She will be going to First Baptist once I return to work. I definatley think that I am going to have a harder time adjusting than she will. I was impressed and I think that she will be in good hands. Kathryn Ross and I have been getting outside as much as possible and enjoying the nice weather. She loves her carrier and goes right to sleep. She also loves to shop with her mom, but I think that goes back to her loving her carrier and going right to sleep!! She now weighs 7 lbs. 12 oz. We are giving her a little bit of formula at night to help her with her weight gain. We also went to Egleston to have an ultrasound of her spine. Everything turned out fine, it was more of a precaution. As far as sleeping goes she is getting much better. She goes down at 11 and sleeps until 4-5. I consider her sleeping 5 hours as sleeping through the night :) I just hope that she keeps it up. Seth and I are contemplating when to put her in her big girl crib, maybe in a couple of weeks or so. We will keep you updated. Take Care. Love to all.

  1. Those frog pj's are my favorite. MM had a pair and loved the frog feet. Kathryn Ross is gorgeous! Glad to hear all is going well.
